Taylor Grasso

MPPD, RDN

A Registered Dietitian passionate about empowering women to break free from diet culture. Having personally experienced the negative impact of food obsession in her own life and relationships, Taylor has dedicated her career to helping women understand nutrition and metabolism, enabling them to fuel their bodies and feel their best.

With a BS in Dietetics from Iowa State University and a Masters in Nutrition, Taylor combines her expertise and personal journey to guide women towards a lifelong balanced, intuitive approach to eating.

When she's not creating content about nutrition, you can find her exploring the outdoors with her dogs, trying new restaurants with her husband, or sipping a maple latte reading a spicy novel.

Cassidy Ceresa

Holistic Health & Wellness Coach

A Health Coach on a mission to help women break free from the all-or-nothing mindset and embody a balanced lifestyle. Having personally struggled with the cycle of strict diets, binge eating, and burnout, Cassidy understands the toll that obsessing over food and neglecting self-care can take on one's well-being.

As a founding behavior change coach on WW's D360 platform, Cassidy has dedicated her career to guiding women through the mental and emotional shifts necessary for life-long habit change. Her content empowers women to prioritize their needs, navigate unlearning diet culture, and cultivate a nurturing narrative with themselves.

When she's not sharing insights about creating a balanced life, you can find Cassidy cooking, baking, exploring her local farmers' market or at the beach.

When does it start?

We don't want you to have to wait to start your journey to flexible and free, which is why you can start anytime! If you're feeling ready to go, once you checkout you can dive right into the material and join our community the same day.

What kind of support will I receive?

This program takes place in a community driven app full of resources, 10+ hours of education, real time support, and monthly Q&As. You have premium access to a Registered Dietitian and a Health Coach for the entirety of the program. Being apart of NWN means you will also be in a supportive community with like-minded women who are on the same journey towards food freedom. Our community is a safe and nurturing space for everyone to heal and share because we believe that connection and accountability are key to creating life-long change.

Is there 1x1 support?

Yes! You get personalized support at any time within Nourish Without Numbers. This occurs in the community group where you can ask questions at any time. We do also offer the tiered option for private, 1x1 calls with Taylor and/or Cassidy.

How long will I have access to the program materials?

You will have lifetime access to all program materials, including the 10+ hours of education, meal planning templates, mindfulness tools, and monthly Q&As. Community access expires after 6 months and we do offer a membership subscription to all alumni! We understand that healing your relationship with food and body is a journey, not a destination, and we want to ensure you have the tools and resources you need long after the program ends.

Is this course for someone with an eating disorder?

We work with people that are on their ED journey but always want to make sure it's a right fit for the program. We offer free discovery calls as a chance for us to chat more through where you are at and what you are dealing with to make sure we can support your needs. Why am I so nervous?????

It is incredibly normal to be nervous saying yes to something that completely contradicts everything you've ever been taught to do. In order to get the results you're desiring, you have to make decisions that you know will get you there even if you're screaming crying throwing up thinking about it.
